Bega-Littleton Citizens' Exchange

The major recurring event is for Littleton to send a delegation to Bega on the first and sixth years of the decade and for Bega to send a delegation to Littleton on the third and eighth years. The delegates are hosted by member families and get a taste of home life and community activities in addition to tours of the immediate area.

Welcome to 2006 – a Happy, healthy and safe New Year to all.

Just a reminder that the next meeting is this Thursday, 19th January due to the Australia Day holiday the following Thursday.

The Trivia night has been postponed until 25th February and will now be held in the Tathra Beach Bowling Club. This decision has been made as many of our members will still be away during January, also the Victorian holiday makers will have returned home as their school holidays are finishing earlier than usual to allow them extra holidays during the Commonwealth Games. Please keep 25th February free and arrange a table for this great fun night.

Plans are well underway for the forthcoming Delegation visit to take place from 23 March to 1 April inclusive. We will be welcoming 23 guests in total and have planned an exciting and varied programme. We will be pleased to hear from anyone who is able to donate items for the auction which will be held on Wednesday, 29th March at the Bega Country Club (Tarraganda) .
